Melkon and Litty, Greenbar Distillery co-founders, win awards for their spirits and love developing new flavor combinations but it wasn’t until they started really talking to farmers that they began to understand how organic crops impact flavor.
Organic crops are grown without toxic and persistent pesticides. Since 2002, all organic food products sold in the U.S. are required to meet strict USDA Organic standards. All Greenbar Distillery spirits meet these standards.
Organic operations also protect natural resources, conserve biodiversity, and use only approved substances. All that AND better flavor? What’s not to like?

At Greenbar Distillery, we aim to leave the environment in better shape than we found it. How?
