  • 2 oz TRU Vodka
  • 1 oz FRUITLAB Ginger Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 3 dashes BAR KEEP Chinese Bitters
  • 3-4 oz Club Soda

PREPARATION

Combine the vodka, liqueur, syrup, juice and bitters with ice in a shaker tin. Shake for 45 seconds and strain into a copper mule mug or collins glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda and stir. Try garnishing with candied ginger or a slice of lime and fresh mint.
